Who we are

Dr. Karen Bolton is a distinguished educational consultant and community leader with extensive experience in organizational leadership and higher education.

A retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer with 20 years of distinguished service, Dr. Bolton transitioned to academia, earning a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. She served as a tenured professor at Olympic College for 14 years, where she developed and taught courses in leadership, diversity, and organizational change.

Currently, she is an adjunct professor and advisory board member for UMAss Global’s doctoral program.

Dr. Bolton is a highly sought after key note speaker and panelist.
